Steps to reproduce:

Click on any external content in Facebook. Or click on the "YouTube" icon on any embedded YT content (should link to YT website).
It works in non-e10s window.


Actual results:

Nothing.


Expected results:

Open link in a new tab.
Peter, no one in triage can reproduce this. Do you have any extensions installed?
