STR: 1. Visit mozilla.org 2. Scroll down the page enough to hide the toolbars 3. Hold onto a link on the webpage 4. While holding, scroll back to the top of the webpage Since we're preventing our ScrollRecognizer from running when the user selects a link, we need a way to still keep track of the WKScrollView's offset so we can animate the toolbars back in.
This ticket is invalid now that we backed out wes's old gesture override code.
