Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Nightly with a new profile.
2. Open several tabs. (works fine)
3. Now open youtube.com and play a video in a new tab.

Tested in:
Firefox Nightly 41.0a1 (2015-05-20) 
Build Id: 20150520030205
OS: Windows 7 home premium.


Actual results:

Immediately after playing the video, all the tabs hang. However, the video is still playing in the background, you can hear the audio, but the box where video should be played is black. Sometimes all the tabs go totally blank and there is a big loading icon in the middle. Same thing happens if you open new tabs, and none of them can load any website. 


Expected results:

The video should be played normally and the other tabs should remain functional

Does it happen also on new clean fresh Firefox profile without any extensions?

Yes I have tried several times creating new profile, and deleting the previous one.

If you can, try to find a regression range, it will be a big help.
