Moving between the data fields in the form manager via keyboard by pessing <TAB>
key changes only the visible focus to the next field, the key-in focus is taken
from the previous field but not set to the next filed.
Changing the field via mouse works fine
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. EDIT > PREFERENCES > PRIVATCY & SECURITY > FORMS > VIEW STORED FORM DATA
or
EDIT > VIEW SAVED DATA
2. select one data field
3. press <TAB> to move to the next data field
Actual Results: next data field gets focus but pressed keys are not writen to
data field
Expected Results: next data field gets focus and pressed keys are writen to
data field

Let me see if I understand what you are saying.
When you press the tab key, the cursor moves from one field to another as it
should. But after doing such tabbing, if you type a key, a character appears in
the original field and not the field that currently has the cursor.
Is that a correct interpretation of what you are reporting. If so, it works
fine for me using win NT.

Hello
no, the focus nmoves to the next field but the pressed key is not written to any
field
worksforme (i.e. contrary to what comment #2 describes) on 2002010303, Win98.
Dieter, please create a new profile (from Mozilla's Profile Manager), then check
if problem persists even on that profile. Besides, you are using a dated build.
To get a more up to date version, uninstall mozilla, delete entire mozilla
program directory (\Program Files), then install a newer build (like 0.9.7 from
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/mozilla0.9.7). Report here the
results. Thank you for using Mozilla!

yes, please use a newer build, this works for me win2k build 2002010403, marking
as such

hey, that works with the new profile seems to be that there's something broken
in the old one, it was created with 0.9.2 I think
