Steps to reproduce:

1:39-1:44 start Firefox in mode [e10s] after system start. avg. 5 min
1:45-1:48 start Firefox in usual mode. avg. 2.5 min
1:49-1:55 again start Firefox in mode [e10s]  avg. 5 min

Of course I wanna that Firefox will be ready  immediately after start even if opened a lot of tabs.
I see you have a number of add-ons installed. Could you perform the same tests with them all disabled and see the results? There are some add-ons that are known to cause slowdowns on e10s, but it's not a general e10s problem.

- [e10s] mode with all plugins (3-5) min as lucky
- without [e10s] with all plugins 3 min
- [e10s] mode + Safe mode 58 sec
- without [e10s] + Safe mode 2 min

seems you are right and addons culprit here

Hope that this situation would be fixed.

Mikhail, please try in e10s and disable your add-ons one by one 'til you find which one is responsible for the slow startup.  Thanks.
