red border in confirmation of changes is misleading - should be green as the text

Due to the red border it appears at first as though something went wrong.
It would be clearer with a border in the same color (green) as the text.
(And ideally the text has slightly more spacing to the left so that its distance from top, bottom and left border are equal.)

BMO copies what upstream is doing in this regard do pushing upstream to see if we can change it there.
