In bug 1164073, we had tests failing, because of voicemail notifications.
Voicemail notification can be disabled for every sim card from the mobile provider, so we should do that.
This is likely to be something that has to be done from someone in Mountain View.

Perhaps, this is something that has already been done for the majority of sim cards?
