Please add the following Russian translations for tags used in search filters as listed at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/MDN/Contribute/Howto/Tag#Tagging_and_search_filters as synonyms:

Add-ons & Extensions
  дополнения || расширения || плагины
    also "темы", if there is no tag like "topics", for which "темы" may be a good translation.

There currently isn't a mechanism for translating tags, but we have a bug for that, so I've made this depend on that bug.

I guess "веб-разработка" and "инструменты" have no homographs in other languages, so they do not require any new features.
