odd, these same exact tests fail when running each test solo (fresh profile/process):

only the same 3 tests fail- possibly there is something odd these tests depend on which is not explicitly called out.
I am fairly certain this has to do with the updater binary being launched.

The patch in bug 1168010 also enables these tests on asan
