AFAICT basket only supports form-encoded request bodies. How would you feel about adding support for json-encoded requests as well?

I'd be happy with that. Would be quite nice to have real boolean and integer types.

I think we originally wanted this for the FxA integration, but we ended up just using form-encoded requests, so we can close this out.
