Steps to reproduce:

I want to do make my scrollbar pretty, i want to add custome css for scrollbar in my website., its work in chrome browser but not in mozilla firefox 


Actual results:

it's display default scrollbar


Expected results:

i need, make scrollbar pretty using only css, i dont want use any jquery or javascript, seems like chrome browser
