1168432 - [Raptor] Move gaia-raptor repo into Gaia tree

In order to have a more seamless Marionette integration with profile creation, it is best if we move the Raptor repository into the Gaia tree. This bug should also be used to move mozdevice into the tree as well if deemed necessary, which it most likely will.

Ironically this will make performance testing easier for third-party applications.

LGTM and verified raptor is removed from gaia-node-modules

LGTM and works great. Tested by:

- upgraded to NPM 2.x
- removed gaia/node_modules
- then did gaia/make raptor

Ran the launch and restart tests on flame-kk and emulator-ics; single and multiple apps, single and multiple runs. Verified raptor.log and visualization are updated.

gaia-raptor and mozdevice on npm have both been marked deprecated.
