If edit quotation part while replaying on a plain text message and then call
Options->Rewrap, all mozilla application hangs and has to be killed:(

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Replay on a plain text message.
2. Edit text of quateation part e.g. merge lines, delete quatation simbols etc.
3. Call Options->Rewrap
4. Enjoy:(

Actual Results:  Message editor window is not redrawn and any part of Mozilla do
not respond. The application has to be killed by Windows.

Expected Results:  Text rewrapped.

I use plain text messages only and KOI8-R message encoding with 8-bit characters
"as is" (Transfer-Encoding=8-bit).
