Reproducible on:
RC 38.0.5-build4 (20150525141253)
Affected platforms:
Windows 7 (x64)
Steps to reproduce.
1. Install the German (de) locale of Firefox 38.0.5 build4.
2. Launch Firefox.
3. Open a random website.
Expected result:
The Pocket panel is displayed properly.
Actual result:
The Pocket panel is displaying both horizontal and vertical scrollbars on Windows 7 (x64). Happens if the button is placed in the menu as well.
Notes:
* On Mac OS X 10.9.5, the scrollbars are only displayed temporarily and only if the button is placed inside the menu.
* I was unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 (x64).
