Fabrice, can you take this? I assume that we have to make two changes: one in the Settings app when using the "Reset and enable full DevTools" button, and another in WebIDE.

Doesn't this turn on marionette? If it does... then isn't this a security issue? bug 1121577

Developer Mode already basically drops all security.

That doesn't turn marionette on, only the devtools protocol. I have no time to spend on that unfortunately, and that seems really minor polish.
