Spun off from bug 115622. Reorg the intl components. Filed under US for lack of a better place to put things.
I think this should definitely happen sooner than later. The component list is kind of weird now with Plugins and Authors right in the middle of the Intl grouping. Intl prefix on the existing Intl components and remove the English NON US component in favor of an english keyword (or status whiteboard) sounds good to me.
Mass reassign of all tech-evangelism us general bugs assigned to bc to doron except bc's P1 bugs. You may search for this mass reassign (it is 305 bugs) by searching for the keyword 'greeneggsandham'
