With the Frame Timing APIs, there is some possibility of leaking privacy information on :visited link. The discussion to prevent the leak is still in progress, but anyway we need to do something in gecko.

How does this solve the problem? What we want to do is force a repaint every time the href is changed, not force a restyle...
