[1.Description]:
[l10n][Dialer]Serbian Cyrillic:Call a number and receive a call from another device, then merge the call and observe the conference call view, the "Conference(2)" is displayed with truncation.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition: Insert an active SIM card that supports conference call into device.
1.Set your phone language to Serbian Cyrillic.
2.Launch Dialer and call one number.
3.MT a call from another device and answer it.
4.Merge the call and observe the conference call view.


[3.Expected Result]: 
4.The "Conference(2)" should not be displayed with truncation.

4.The "Conference(2)" is displayed with truncation.

Based on all screenshots:
* en-US has total of 14 characters
* sr-Cyrl and sr-Latn have total of 16 characters (2 more compared to English)
* Sr-Latn displays full header without any problems
* Sr-Cyrl displays only 11 characters (3 less compared to English, and 5 less compared to Serbian Latin)


On l10n side best I can do is change the string from "Conference" -> "Conf."

I have already opened a bug for Cyrillic font.
For now I will wait to see how that one goes. If nothing happens, I will fix it as written above.

We're past code complete on 2.2 and seems like bug 1165989 hasn't been covered in time for that release. 
Vanja: do you agree to shorten your string as proposed?

According to the STR in comment 0, this issue is verified pass on latest flame v2.1&v2.2 user build, the "Conference(2)" is displayed without truncation in conference call view.
