Actual results:
I received a secure connection failed error:
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

-Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Expected results:
The Mozilla site is supposed to load. It works fine in IE.

Also, I tried all the tips from the Mozilla help form to reset Firefox, disable DNS, checked the proxy, add the site to the TLS fallback list, and even tried to reinstall it. None of those worked.

1. Start Firefox in a brand new profile.
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
2. Open the Browser Console. Press Ctrl+Shift+J, or click the Menu Button, then Developer, then Browser Console.
3. In the Browser Console, click the Clear button.
4. https://www.mozilla.com
5. If the problem persists, right-click the lower pane of the Browser Console and choose Select All. Then right-click the selection and choose Copy. Lastly, paste the clipboard contents in a comment here.

I followed your steps and got the same result. Here are the contents from the browser console:

Hi Alexandru,
Do you happen to run some software (e.g. anti-virus) that intercepts HTTPS connections (e.g. Kaspersky's "Encrypted connections scanning")?
Your issues might be caused by such software.
Thanks.
