Description:
The SIM card provider that is shown next to the date in the notification tray on the status bar will become overlapped by other icons within the status bar if there are at least 9 icons shown.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Xperia Z3 Compact (B2G) to 20150528210322
2) Enable many differrent processes in order to fill the status bar with at least 9 icons
(NFC, Bluetooth, Headphones, Geolocation, Music, etc)
3) Pull down the notification tray


Actual:
App icons in the status bar will overlap the SIM card provider (T-Mobile, AT&T)


Expected:
Lower priority icons in the status bar are hidden so there is no overlap

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 3.0

The SIM card provider is not shown in the notification tray on Flame devices
