We got compliant from https://bugzilla.frenchmozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=659#c4 that SIM card cannot be recognized by Open_C in latest nightly build.
After investigating in bug 1114938 comment 53, this seems not related to the change in bug 1114938.
I'll still try to back-out bug 1114938 locally to see if there is any difference of this symptom.
Meanwhile, I'd like to set 'regressionwindow-wanted' to speed up the process of narrowing down the root cause.

Not a regression of this bug, because I can reproduce this problem with open_c with reversion 245775:14f0933c537c in m-c where there are 300+ change sets before this bug landed.

Update STR of this bug:
1. flash gecko/gaia.
2. SIM can be detected normally.
3. reboot the device.
4. SIM is not detected after boot up.
(Note: To recover this problem, $ adb shell stop b2g; adb shell start b2g)

typo: Not a regression of bug 1114938,
Meybe it help, i added "sleep 3" at start of /system/bin/b2g.sh, and now b2g recognize sim card after reboot :)

QAnalysts does not have a kk base for Open_C and JB builds are no longer being created so we cannot test this.
QA Whiteboard: QAExclude
Hello,
There is not 3.0 anymore, and this bug doesn't occure anymore on 2.5 and master (verified with my Open_C_FR).
So, I think this bug can be closed.
