Reporter, Please reopen if problem persists or you have additional steps/conditions to reproduce this bug. In new 2001122109 release, the main 'back' button still does not work on w2k. The 'down arrow' does though.

Can't fix a bug that we can't reproduce. Could you please try this with a new profile? That may help narrow down the source of the problem. Thanks.

OK. I tried it using newly created profile and everything worked OK. How can I repare my default profile?

OK, so now there is a potential defect that got your profile into this broken state. If you don't mind, could you zip (or tar) your profile directory and attach it to this bug? (Click on the "Create a New Attachment" link above in the bug report and manually enter the "Content Type" setting it to "application/zip".)

This is another profile corruption bug. Adding to safeguard against corruption tracking bug 123929. Reporter, can we resolve this bug as worksforme? As for the profile corrution, I strongly recommend abandoning your old profile. There is no way to really fix a corrupt one that I know, at least not in a reliable manner. You can move your bookmarks.html over to your new profile, as is unlikely to be corrupt.

I cannot test new Mozilla on Windows due to annoying MAPI settings bug. But I believe that this bug can be resolved as it depends on old wrong profile settings.
