Description:
The homescreen icons will stay enlarged as if they are being moved around in edit mode. This occurs even when the user is no longer touching the screen. While in this state, tapping the home button wont do anything, however, long pressing the home button will return the user home.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150602055237
2) Navigate to Homescreen
3) Long press on any app
4) Take your finger off the screen

Actual:
The app will remain enlarged as if the user is moving the app icon location. If the user taps the home button, nothing will happen

Expected:
The user is brought to edit view, and all icons are normal sized. Pressing the home button takes the suer out of edit mode

Environmental Variables:
Device: Flame 3.0 (319mb)(Kitkat)(Full Flash)

There appears to be a Gecko regression, it affects everything in various ways. My guess would be changes in APZC, trying to bisect now.
Looks like this was caused by bug 1166347.

Bug 1166347 has been back out. Feel free to recheck behavior.
Hi Norry,
Can you help to find someone to recheck the behavior per comment 6?

I am unable to reproduce this issue on the latest Flame nightly and Aries builds.

Actual Results: When the user activates edit mode at homescreen, the icons behave correctly when selected and when moved. The home button functions correctly when short pressed and when long pressed while edit mode is active.
