1171040 - Android nightly builds not uploading symbols

I strongly suspect this is a regression from bug 1155349.

I was trying to verify my fix for bug 1162060, but looking at the logs for today's Nightly Android builds I couldn't find any trace of them uploading symbols. I went back and looked at the symbol server and the latest trunk Nightly symbols I found were:
fennec-41.0a1-Android-20150521030204-arm-android-api-11-symbols.txt

Aurora seems to have symbols from today's build:
fennec-40.0a2-Android-20150603004005-arm-android-api-11-symbols.txt

Given that the "in production" comment in bug 1155349 comment 25 matches the date of the last uploaded Nightly symbols, that seems pretty likely. Hopefully this is a simple fix, just some setting that was overlooked in the mozharness configs.

Looks like the mozconfigs don't set MOZ_AUTOMATION_UPLOAD_SYMBOLS. From http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/2015/06/2015-06-03-03-02-08-mozilla-central-android-api-11/mozilla-central-android-api-11-nightly-bm91-build1-build3.txt.gz:
