Bug 1168607 is making BuildReader use mozpack's FileFinder classes for I/O. One of the things we're doing to make the transition simple is to use a FileFinder rooted at / rather than retool BuildReader to use relative paths everywhere.
This bug tracks switching BuildReader to relative paths so it can play with *Finder classes better.
