Summary (title) Field:
[Component][Location](Concise statement of the issue)

Description:
If the user selects the Marketplace app while offline and then enters Cardview, selecting the market place window will result in the marketplace window twitching around upon reentry.

Repro Steps:

Prereq: Device is Offline

1) Update a Flame to 20150601010203
2) Select Marketplace
3) Enter cardview
4) Select the carded Marketplace window.

Actual:
Market place window has graphical error when entering from cardview.

Expected:
It is expected that entering the offline marketplace card will reenter the app without a graphical error.

Note: It is difficult to display the graphical error from the app with the video framerate. This is much more noticeable in person.

Additional note: If this is not occurring, try swiping to another card in task manager and then back to marketplace before re-entering marketplace.
I am having trouble reproducing this issue. Adding steps-wanted to get a solid repro on this.

This is a shallow flashing only bug. On the same nightly user build I was able to reproduce the bug using shallow flashing, but NOT on full flashing.

I think this is a duplicate of one of the bugs that we determined was a HardwareComposer bug and fixed by a device image update. Sotaro, do you know which one?

Bug 1162726 should not be actual cause of the problem, since the problem does not happen by deep flash. Recently there are many bug that is triggered by layout change and the change hit hw composer hal/driver bugs.
Flags: needinfo?(sotaro.ikeda.g)
The problem happens only on shallow flash and the problem does not happen on deep flash. Shallow flash does not update kernel and hwc hal. It seems to say that base rom has a unfixed bug around kernel or hwc hal. We do not have a source code of base rom. We cannot investigate the root case of this bug.

This bug is POVB.
