1171359 - Selecting "Not now" button which correspond with Restart option makes the add-on icon from location bar to disappear

Reproducible on: Firefox 41.0a1, Firefox 40.0a2 and Firefox 39 Beta 2 across all platforms

STR
1.Launch Firefox with clean profile
2.Navigate to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/wot-safe-browsing-tool/?src=cb-dl-users
3.Click "Add to Firefox" green button and then "Install now" 
4.In the last install doorhanger, select "Not now" button which correspond with Restart option

The add-on icon is still displayed in location bar to remind the users that the add-on needs a restart in order to complete the installation.

The add-on icon disappears after the "Not now" button is selected.
Intermittently, the icon remains displayed in Firefox 39 Beta 2, but clicking on it disappears. 

Additional notes:
- This issue is reproducible on Firefox 41.0a1 (2015-06-03), Firefox 40.0a2 (2015-06-03) and Firefox 39 Beta 2 (20150601171003) under Windows 7 64-bit, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit and Mac OS X 10.9.5
