some fields have useful descriptions that we should link to (eg. the whiteboard).

also need to add "what do these fields mean?" link, and link to the currently horrible https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html
i ended up not linking for fields.html.  once that's moved to a wiki and rewritten we can hook it up.
