What I tried
1. reboot (attachment 8615875 [details])
   When I only reboot the base image, its color is correct.
2. Press power (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6bElsNGNoE)
3. calling@Dialer App (attachment 8615875 [details])
   Screen would flash and change to normal in the blink of an eye. Then, back to this incorrect one.
   It happens 1-many times during a call.
4. Card View (attachment 8629851 [details])
   However, the color of this screenshot is correct. (Try 2 times)
5. Unlock the phone: not easy to reproduce (1/20 I think)

What I cannot reproduce
1. App Permission (I cannot reproduce)
