1171998 - Maintain PDF viewer UI code in the gaia repo

Currently PDF.js is required submit any changes to the original repository at https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js before committing anything to mozilla-b2g/gaia. At the moment there is disconnect between code in original repository and gaia's one. This prevents uplifting PDF.js changes to the Firefox OS viewer.

PDF.js now publishing pdfjs-dist for third-party developers and trying to release API for UI. There is a pull request at https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/5947 to create independent viewer for Firefox OS and use only library for  third-party developers.

After this patch is uplifted next step will be change Firefox OS viewer to use https://github.com/mozilla/pdfjs-dist (via bower?) and maintain the viewer UI internally.

Per past conversations, there is no need in updating PDF viewer. Also PDF.js project contributors re-purposed b2g unsupported code as "mobile-viewer" example. See also https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/7511
