Details

We should start using Notification ServiceWorker API once Gecko implements it [1], that we'll eventually help us to get rid of dependency to "notification" system message.

Adding dependency on  Service Worker "Clients.openWindow()" [1], since we'll likely need it to run application from Service Worker when user clicks on notification and there is no active Messages app instance [2], [3].
