After the page loads on treeherder.mozilla.org, I started the profiler in FirefoxDeveloperEdition. Then I just scrolled up and down on the page. The frame rate dropped to below 20 for a good portion of that. Looking at the profile, 93% of that is in "Graphics". Profile attached. Seems like this might be a good candidate for a test bed for Firefox speed improvements. I'm on a mid-2012 Macbook Pro with 16GB RAM, fwiw.
