Steps to reproduce:

1. Settings > Display > Text size.
2. I change the "Text size" on a "Extra Large" (or any other that is different from the default).
3. I go to the site http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php or any other on the engine "Simple Machines Forum". 



Actual results:

Only in a few paragraphs, the font size is really Large to thee, that I guard in the "Text Size", but most of all the text small.
And so on many sites, some even the font is not changed in principle, for example 3Dnews.ru

In other mobile browsers on the same sites font increased without problems. 


Expected results:

Text size should be changed on the entire page, with no exceptions.
