Details
Reader View tabs should restore their scroll position after a browser restart. I actually notice this a bit more acutely as I use an addon which unloads tabs after a time. It uses the public API for unloading them. I saw bug 857990, but after skimming the comments it seems mainly to be focused on saving the scroll position for syncing to other devices. I know normal tabs have a mechanism which already saves and restores this scroll position. (It would be nice if we could use that.)

Does this work for regular webpages? If so, it sounds like an issue with session restore.
