Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/43.0.2357.81 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
In the developer tools of any page that scrolls, set body overflow-y to hidden. The page no longer displays a scoll bar and cannot be scrolled with the mouse. However, I can scroll the page using the arrow buttons and the page up/down buttons.
Actual results:
The page was still scrollable via the keyboard.
Expected results:
The page should not scroll when overflow-y is set to hidden. It does not work this way on Chrome, for instance.
