Overview: When exporting an address book the status area should display 
information.

Expected results: What should the status area state? 
"Exporting # cards", "Exporting addressbook name in csv format (tab format)"?

Adding jglick to the Cc: list for her suggestions and to have this added to the 
address book spec.
