Description: App Permissions are nonexistent. Repro Steps: 1) Update to B2GDroid 20150603231006 2) Select Settings 3) Select App Permissions Actual: App Permissions menu has no apps listed to edit the permissions. Expected: It is expected that the user will be able to have a list of editable app menu permissions within this menu. Repro frequency: 100%. See attached: Logcat, Video

This issue does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0. Result: App Permissions list accordingly. Verified fix for B2GDroid 20150612092905. Result: App permissions now exist.
