The user will notice that the dropdowns on the date and time settings page are empty. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a B2GDroid 20150608071805
2) Open settings.
3) Tap on "Date and Time".
4) Turn off "Set Automatically".
5) Tap on the "Date and Time" dropdowns.

Actual:
The "Time and Date" dropdowns are empty.

Expected:
The user is presented with a wheel picker to select the date and time.

This issue does not occur on the Flame 3.0

Time and Date dropdowns are not empty in settings.
