Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer version 9.0.8112.16421
Step 2: Go to URL https://www.trkd.thomsonreuters.com/SupportSite/RequestBuilder/requestbuilder.aspx
Step 3: Open Mozilla Firefox version 36 and repeat Step 2.
Step 4: Open Mozilla Firefox version 37 and repeat Step 2.
Step 5: Open Mozilla Firefox version 38 and repeat Step 2.


Actual results:

The page https://www.trkd.thomsonreuters.com/SupportSite/RequestBuilder/requestbuilder.aspx loads successfully only in IE9 and MF36, but does not open in MF37 and MF38
