Actually, this issue exists at not only incoming call but also outgoing call.

No crash report can be found at '/data/b2g/mozilla/Crash Reports/submitted'

Get a logcat log with gaia-debug=on and ril output=on.

@Ben, I am not sure if it is a RIL bug or a gaia one. Do you know who can take this?
