Prerequisite: Have some music with long music name or long album name in device.
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Music.
3. Go to the tiles view (the initial view)
4. Observe the text in thumbnail.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The LTR text on thumbnail should be truncated at right side.

Easy-peasy. You need today's Gecko for this to work, though. If we uplift this, I can eliminate that requirement, though.
