117320 - Address Book Search Bar should apply to ALL fields

The search entry shouldn't apply only to Name and Email Address. Instead it
should apply to all fields (e.g. Address, Phone#, Nickname etc.)
There's an Advanced button, I know that. But this would be much more convenient,
and I don't think it's an issue that this would significally slow the search
process. If you do a search, you are prepared for some wait.

It was thought that limiting the feature to the two most commonly used fields 
was best for the sake of simplicity and speed (two goals of this feature). This 
also parallels the design of the Search Bar feature in Mail which limits the 
search to "Subject or Sender".

We discussed having prefs to set the default fields for the search in the Mail 
version of this feature (http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/qksearch/, but 
the options discussed were limited to allowing: "Subject or Sender contains: vs. 
"Subject contains:", vs. "Sender contains:" was mentioned).

Seth can comment better on performance issues since he worked on this feature.

I think the current behavior is correct.  Keep it simple and let other searches
happen in Advanced Search.  I do think we should include Nickname in quick
search if we aren't already.

Verified wontfix.

It appears that quick search is working on First Name, Last Name and Email 
address but doesn't on the Nickname. 

Bug# 118627 asks that quick search work on Nick Names.
