1173231 - Switch Spark from Bugzilla Lite v1 to Bugzilla Lite v2

Bugzilla Lite v2 has many more features than Bugzilla Lite v1, and is nearing completion. We should strongly consider including it into Spark.

Yup, I was planning to file this shortly, will be switching over when I get https enabled in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1136790

ok cool, I just landed and pushed the https thing so https://www.bzlite.com/manifest.webapp should be good (was confused since I was just upping the patch for this)

Assume removing tanx was on purpose, will just go to the end of the homescreen now
