New service that was deployed in bug 1172023. Should just need a simple alive check, similar to bug 1156773.

This should do the trick - I tested the nagios command by hand.
I haven't enabled autostart for the funsize scheduler yet, so if I land this before that happens I'll just ack or downtime the checks in the meantime.
