Steps to Reproduce:
1.open url or reload it
2.wait for page to load
Actual Results: part of the page is scrambled, see attached image
Expected Results: page completed and readable
after a repaint (not a reload) the page is ok
screen resolution is 1024X768 16k colors

I can't reproduce this ( Linux, CVS build from yesterday ). After the last
reflow, the menu is OK and the page is readable

As an attempt of better understanding I saved the url page on a local drive.
The copy has twice the left column.Maybe the paint mishaps belong to this other
strange effect.

OK. Changing window size triggers a reflow, not a repaint. So this really is a
layout bug, not a painting bug...

As repaint scrolling the crippled area of page out of sight the back works too
