Description:
If the user selects an image from gallery and sets it as wallpaper, adjusting the image will cause the image to become distorted for an instance.

Repro Steps:

Prereq: At least one image in gallery.

1) Update to B2GDroid 20150608071805 20150604202816
2) Select gallery.
3) Select an image and set it as wallpaper.
4) Adjust the image from left to right.


Actual:
Image becomes distorted for a moment.

Expected:
It is expected that the image will have no distortions while being adjusted.



Repro frequency: 100%.

This issues does NOT occur on the Flame 3.0.

Result: Adjusting the image as a wallpaper causes no odd distortions.
