Ctrl+Enter does not send the email when in composition.  It does not do anything
(no error messages or anything).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla
2. Compose messege to anyone
3. Hold Ctrl and hit Enter/Return

Actual Results:  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  Should send the composed email.
