1173639 - Turn off Linux64/OSX/Windows desktop Firefox builds on b2g32 and b2g34

I find it highly unlikely that anybody's using the desktop Firefox builds on b2g32 and b2g34 at this point. I've occasionally downloaded one to verify a security fix when a PoC is attached to a bug, but that could be done with a before/after Try push just as easily.

Josh, who would have to officially sign off on such a decision? Note, this *only* affects desktop Firefox builds. This would have no impact on any B2G builds/tests. I would also propose to leave Linux builds/tests running to maintain some level of test coverage.

I'm also not proposing any changes for b2g37 at this point in time (though we'll probably want to revisit that down the road eventually too).

While we're on the topic, we could probably stand to turn off linux64 builds/tests while we're at it. Doing so would give us some useful breathing room on the linux64 buildbot builder limits we keep bumping into.
