Details

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20011228 mousewheel doesn't scroll page if selection is inside a multiline textbox. reproduce: - create a new bug - enter info (incl some multiline text in "description" - leave selection in description (click there once) - move mouse anywhere and scroll mousewheel expected: page scrolls, actually, WHATEVER is under the mouse should scroll. The user should NOT have to click anywhere to scroll. You point and scroll; NOT point, CLICK and scroll (33% more steps involvd). actual: page does not scroll only workaround: click outside multiline textbox, then scroll = annoying. I'm using an M$ intellimouse optical, driver ver, ??? (how to tell?)
