When you hit the "ADD-ONS" button in the add-on install toast, we load about:addons#whateveraddonid. The add-on manager doesn't actually do anything with that hash, and the url highlighting looks broken with this hash, so I feel like we should just get rid of this hash. It looks like this was mentioned in bug 714070 comment 11, but a bug was never filed to fix this.
Addressing in bug 1194182. Duping so this one goes away.
